Complaints about the platform, an event, another member, or your personal data go to our Grievance Officer.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days. If it concerns someone's safety at a gathering, tell us straight away and we'll act the same day.

If you feel unsafe at a gathering, speak to the host in the room first, they can act immediately. If it's an emergency, call 112.

Yaranaa is operated by Kaushal Walimbe as an individual, from Pune, Maharashtra, India. We organise social gatherings; we do not sell goods, and nothing is shipped.
